Doug Barding, Co-owner
Mr. Barding founded BARBECK Communications in 1998 with Matt Beck. Barding is a graduate of Millikin University and a lifelong resident of Decatur. He has over 25 years experience in the two-way communications business. Barding is also the managing partner and co-owner of Bennigan's Restaurant in Decatur. He is the past president of the Decatur Men's Golf Association.

Matthew Beck, Co-owner
Mr. Beck founded BARBECK Communications in 1998 with Doug Barding. Beck is a member of the Decatur Metro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and an active community volunteer. He received a certificate from the City of Decatur for outstanding achievement in 1996. Beck has over 25 years experience in the wireless communications industry. Beck is a graduate of St. Teresa High School. He is married to Natalie and has three daughters, Christine, Stephanie and Emily.

Bill Gebhart, Controller
Mr. Gebhart has been the controller at BARBECK Communications since 1999. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a BS in Accounting from Millikin University. Gebhart's family includes wife, Donna, son, Brian, daughter-in-law, Tori, and granddaughter Avery. Gebhart's personal interests include family, cooking, exploring dining opportunities with his friends and family, and enjoying his Mazda Miata and interacting with other members of the Abe Lincoln Miata Club.

Jason Gensler, General Manager
Jason Gensler has been employed for BARBECK Communications since 2000. He has been in the two -way business almost 10 years. Jason oversees all of the Sales, Marketing and Maintenance for the Motorola division of BARBECK. Jason is involved in the community along with coaching Youth Baseball, Basketball and Soccer. Jason has a wife and three sons.

Jacqueline Kauffold, Marketing Director
Mrs. Kauffold, BARBECK Communications Marketing Director, has been handling all promotion and marketing since 2001. Kauffold has an AAS degree from Richland Community College in Decatur and has worked in the graphic design and marketing fields for the past 16 years. Kauffold’s family includes husband, George, sons, Ryan and Zachary, daughter, Calleen, step-daughter, Racheal, and step-son, Travis and wife Laurie. Local community involvement includes Junior Welfare Association, Komen Decatur Race for the Cure, and Sunday school teacher.

Greg Braun, Director Sales
Greg Braun joined BARBECK Communications in September 2006. He has 16 years of business experience in a variety of industries including telephony and publishing.
From 2002 to 2006, Braun worked for VerizonWireless in the Illinois-Wisconsin Region. Prior to that, Braun served in various capacities at McLeodUSA, including Manager of Sales and Marketing for a contracted division of publishing in the Caribbean Markets. During his tenure with McLeodUSA, Braun held a variety of sales and marketing positions within the companies Competitive Local Exchange and Carrier Services divisions. In addition, Mr. Braun’s work experience includes 4 years with Ameritech Mobile serving in the areas of Customer Service, Indirect Distribution and Retail Sales.
Braun holds a B.S. in Business from Southeast Missouri State and is an active participate in many community organizations.
