Doug Barding, Co-owner
Mr. Barding founded BARBECK Communications in 1998 with Matt Beck. Barding is a graduate of Millikin University and a lifelong resident of Decatur. He has over 35 years experience in the two-way communications business. He is the past president of the Decatur Men's Golf Association. He is married to Holly and has one daughter Angie, and one grandson.

Matthew Beck, Co-owner
Mr. Beck founded BARBECK Communications in 1998 with Doug Barding. Beck is a past Chair of the Decatur Metro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and an active community volunteer. He received an award from the City of Decatur for outstanding achievement in 1996. Beck has over 35 years experience in the wireless communications industry. He is a graduate of St. Teresa High School and attended Richland Community College. He is married to Natalie and has three daughters, Christine, Stephanie and Emily and one granddaughter.

Jason Gensler, General Manager
Jason Gensler has been in the two-way business for almost 14 years. Jason Oversees all of the Sales, Service, Marketing, Maintenance For The Motorola Division of BARBECK. Jason Is part of many Police, Fire, Sheriff, EMA Associations across the State Of Illinois. Jason is involved in the community along with coaching Youth Baseball, Basketball and Soccer. Jason has three sons.
